About the role

Join this award-winning plaintiffs’ firm, where you’ll act as a Jr. Litigation Legal Assistant supporting a team of attorneys and paralegals. Your primary responsibilities will include calendaring, tracking deadlines, making travel arrangements, and maintaining client files. You’ll handle e-filing and prepare legal documents and correspondence. You’ll assist attorneys and paralegals with trial preparation by assembling exhibits, binders, and witness lists. Additionally, you may get to help with investigations and coordinating experts in the field.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of legal assistant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
