About the role
Cooper Mooring Linemen perform the moorings and unmoorings of vessels and barges along the Mississippi River. Work schedule and day to day tasks include:
Responsibilities
- Rotating on call and 24-hour shift work including: nights, weekends, holidays
- Moor and unmoor vessels at docks and buoy systems
- Maintenance of company assets
- Driving distances between jobs
- Compliance with Company Safety Standards
Requirements
- TWIC Card
- Lift/Push/Pull/Carry 50 pounds
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
