About the role

Job Summary: The Strategy & Planning (S&P) Product Portfolio Delivery team is seeking a Functional Tester who combines strong analytical and communication skills with a passion for quality assurance. This role works closely with business and IT stakeholders to develop and execute test strategies, validate system functionality, coordinate testing efforts, and support the delivery of high-quality solutions that meets business needs.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze business, functional, and technical requirements to ensure they are clear, complete, and testable.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data based on business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects, working closely with developers and business stakeholders to drive resolution.
• Validate that system enhancements, configurations, and releases meet business needs and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and end users throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in requirements reviews, design sessions, sprint ceremonies, and release planning activities.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, defects, and delivered functionality.
