Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising waterproofing projects from start to finish.
• Cookordination with crew members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Monitor and document work progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding project updates.
• Help maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Conduct quality control inspections on completed work.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff and crew members.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent; construction management experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a construction or waterproofing environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
