Jr. Electro-Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities

  • Preform routine mechanical and electrical maintenance on production equipment.
  • Assist senior technicians with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of electromechanical components.
  • Conduct equipment preventative maintenance tasks and cleaning.
  • Monitor machine performance and escalate issues promptly.
  • Follow established safety procedures, including lock-out/tag-out.
  • Document maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  • Support equipment setup, changeovers, and calibration.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and continuous improvement practices.

Qualifications

  • Technical high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of any work experience.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in electromechanical systems.
  • Ability to use basic hand tools and follow technical instructions.
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork mindset.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs.
