Jr. Digital Project Specialist
- . Also "The Job Responsibilities: What You'll Learn to Do" includes responsibilities with percentages. We'll include Responsibilities section with bullet list.
Benefits: "The Benefits: What You'll Get" includes many bullet points: Comprehensive On-the-Job Training..., Career Growth..., In-Person Experience..., etc. Also later "Why Choose WebFX?" includes many benefits like Flexible Schedule, Insurance Coverage, 401k matching, etc. The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real specific content for it. Benefits section is present. Pay: there is "Compensation $50,000 - $52,500 (potentially higher based on work experience)". So we should include Pay section. Schedule: there is "Flexible Schedule: Start your day between 8-10 am - when you do your best work". That's schedule info. So include Schedule section.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Use
for section headings. Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. At end there is EEO statement etc; we must remove that. Also remove social media links? Probably part of boilerplate; but they are not essential? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Social media maybe not required but could be considered navigation? Safer to remove them. Also remove "Check Out Our Culture On Social Media Instagram Twitter Facebook You don't need to apply more than once..." etc. Also remove "Interested in joining the FXFamily? You should definitely apply now!" etc. Also remove "We have a multi-step interview process..." etc. Also remove "WebFX is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. We need to keep substantive content: About The Role paragraph, Qualifications details, Responsibilities details, Benefits details, Pay, Schedule. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not relevant. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft. Structure:

. The qualifications section includes multiple subcategories; we could either keep as prose paragraphs or break into lists. Probably better to use
- for each bullet item, but within each we have sublists? Might be okay to have nested lists? Not specified but we can keep simple: each qualification as a
- containing the text. That preserves info.
Similarly responsibilities: we have three categories with percentages. Could make
- each.
Benefits: many bullet points; we can make
- each.
Pay: just a
with compensation. Schedule:
with flexible schedule. We must not include heading for Pay or Schedule if content is generic like "not specified". But we have specific. Let's extract benefits content precisely from posting: "The Benefits: What You'll Get Comprehensive, On-the-Job Training and Career Development Initial "career kickstart" training to learn foundational hard skills over the first few months on the jobOngoing advanced training sessions from industry experts as you progress further in your roleRegular team Lunch-and-Learns in our on-site training amenities Career Growth and Upward Progression Paths All our Jr-level roles represent the first step on an upward promotional path within WebFXMerit-based promotions are abundant for new team members who meet or exceed performance metricsRegular 1-on-1 check-ins with a manager to support career growth Potential Promotional Path For Jr. Digital Project Specialist Web Project CoordinatorAssociate Web Project ManagerAssociate Lead Web Project ManagerLead Web Project ManagerSr. Web Project Manager In-Person Experience Alongside Our Team Of Industry Experts This position is based fully in-office at our riverside campus in Harrisburg, PA, with opportunities for this to evolve as Fxers advance in their career tenure." We should include all. We must not include "And So Much More!" as a bullet if it's vague; but it lists specifics: Home buyer program, profit sharing, personal desk fund, green commute benefits. We can incorporate those as separate bullet points.
