A premier financial services leader is seeking a consultative product manager to bridge the gap between marketing stakeholders and technical teams. In this role, you will champion end-to-end data delivery, optimizing JIRA workflows and executing validation strategies that power enterprise initiatives. 100% remote but must be able to work CST or EST hours.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business needs into actionable JIRA epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure seamless technical execution.
• Perform SQL data research and validation within GCP BigQuery to confirm pipeline accuracy and satisfy strict enterprise business rules.
• Orchestrate comprehensive user acceptance testing (UAT) to guarantee reliable, high-quality data outputs across active initiatives.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders from data engineering to marketing leadership by maintaining clear roadmaps, decision logs, and status updates in Confluence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product delivery, business analysis, or data product management within an Agile framework.
• Advanced proficiency in writing SQL queries (specifically GCP BigQuery) for data exploration, testing, and system validation.
• Demonstrated success acting as a strategic liaison between business teams and engineering to deliver complex data products.
• Expertise with JIRA and Confluence, backed by exceptional written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional alignment.

Pay: $38 – $41 per hour
