Join a Global Leader Driving the Future of 5G, Automotive, and Aerospace Technology Jr. Buyer Location: Tempe, AZ | Full-Time About The Role AGC Multi Material America (AMMA) is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Buyer to support purchasing and supply chain operations. This entry-level role is responsible for purchasing raw materials, packaging, and supplies needed to support production while maintaining accurate purchasing records, tracking supplier deliveries, and supporting inventory management efforts. This position offers a growth path into Buyer and Senior Buyer roles. What You’ll Do Create and maintain purchase orders in Oracle ERPCommunicate with suppliers regarding pricing, lead times, order status, and deliveriesTrack and expedite open orders to support production schedulesObtain and compare supplier quotes and support sourcing activitiesCoordinate inbound shipments and shipping documentationReconcile purchase orders, receipts, and invoicesMonitor inventory levels and communicate potential shortagesMaintain supplier, pricing, and purchasing data within OracleCollect supplier compliance documentation, including COAs, SDSs, and country-of-origin informationPrepare purchasing and inventory reports to support operations and S&OP activities What We’re Looking For Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred0–2 years of purchasing, procurement, inventory, logistics, or supply chain experience preferredProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookExperience using Oracle, D365FO, or similar ERP systems preferredStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and data accuracyEffective written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of Incoterms and import/export documentation is a plusSelf-starter with a willingness to learn and growStrong teamwork and customer service mindsetAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentCommitment to accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement Why Join AMMA?
