Jr Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Report to the Director and support Business Analysts with a wide variety of data domains and business data needs.
• Support multiple concurrent projects.
• Aid in identifying and interpreting trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences.
• Aid in specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements.
• May participate in management reviews, including presenting and interpreting analysis results, summarizing conclusions, and recommending a course of action.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Math, or related field preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Previous analyst experience in a business office setting preferred.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills preferred.
• Familiarity using varied statistical methods preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and structure work.
• Good general business skills, high degree of confidentiality, maturity, tactfulness, and business ethics.
• High degree of self-motivation, commitment, and integrity.
• Proficient in MS Suite preferred.

Pay

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $25.50 to $38.25. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
