About the role
- Meeting with the client for design and BOQ
- Attend client meetings with the Customer Relations team to assist sales
- Prepare a 2D design as per the instructions of the lead Architect and prepare BOQ
- Specification drawing, Interior design working drawing 2D format
- Understanding and preparing shop drawings
- A clear understanding of site visit, site measurement, and status
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
- Any other Design-related duties assigned by the Principal Architect or management
- Regular site visits are needed to follow up on ongoing projects
- Perform other duties as assigned by the superiors
- Meet deadlines and work well under pressure

- Experience: 1-3 years
- Skills: architectural design, construction drawings, architectural drawings, building design, architecture design, site coordination, construction documentation, site engineering, civil design, design software proficiency
