Responsibilities
- Prepare and enter journal entries.
- Prepare Accounts Reconciliations and Schedules to support periodic financial statement preparation.
- Record daily banking activity and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain company’s licenses and registrations records.
- Afford assistance to CFO, Controller, and department managers with account analysis, research or accounts reconciliations as needed.
- Maintain analysis spreadsheets and communicate results to department heads.
- Afford assistance with annual audits.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Solid technology and analytical skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Strong 10-key and keyboarding skills required.
- Must be organized, capable of operating in a fast-paced environment, able to handle pressure well, be self-motivated, and detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Able to work well with all levels of management and team members to foster a respectful and professional work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
- 1-2 years accounting experience required; preference to private ERP accounting systems (Harbor is not a Quickbooks environment) within a large, direct corporate environment.
- Advanced Microsoft office with advanced Excel skills are required.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and SQL reporting a plus.

Pay
$33.65 - $40.87 per hour DOE
Schedule
Onsite at Harbor's corporate office for training and hybrid eligible thereafter.
