About the role
We are seeking a Junior Account Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who thrives on prospecting, building relationships, and securing new conversations while learning from and collaborating closely with senior AEs to advance deals.
Responsibilities
- Potential to generate pipeline and support the sales cycle for new business partnerships
- Prospect and qualify new leads via cold outreach, email, LinkedIn, and industry events
- Research target accounts to identify the right stakeholders
- Book and run introductory meetings; deliver a strong overview of the Farmer’s Fridge value proposition
- Collaborate with senior AEs to hand off qualified opportunities and support later-stage conversations as needed
- Maintain clean and accurate pipeline activity in Salesforce (or similar CRM)
- Work cross-functionally with Operations and Marketing to ensure a smooth handoff and strong customer experience
- Consistently meet activity targets (outreach volume, booked meetings, qualified opportunities)
Requirements
- 1-3 years of B2B sales, SDR/BDR, or customer-facing experience (hospitality, food service, CRE, a plus)
- A hunter mindset—self-starter who enjoys outreach, building pipeline, and creating new opportunities
- Strong communication skills; comfortable leading first-touch conversations with decision-makers
- Ability to learn quickly, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities
- Coachable and motivated by growth; excited to develop into a senior sales role
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred

Pay
The base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $65,000 per year. The base pay offered will depend on factors such as relevant experience, skills, training, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for on-target earnings (OTE) which includes sales incentives.
Schedule
Full-time position with flexible working hours to accommodate travel and client needs.
