Journeyman Utility

Job Summary

Aid in the lay-out and installation of utility systems including wet utilities like sew, water, storm drain and dry utilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Comply with all applicable standards, policies and procedures, including safety procedures.
• Utilize proper hoisting and rigging procedures for placing equipment and auxiliary components.
• Obtain and maintain required certifications/licenses as applicable.
• Lay out, assemble, install and maintain utility systems, supports and associated appurtenances as per code and specification.
• Demonstrate the ability to read and understand project specifications, system operations and blueprints.
• Cut, bend, assemble, install, and connect various mechanical components utilizing necessary tools and equipment.

What We’re Looking For

Must be able to lay sewer, water & storm drains or operator equipment at this position.
