Journeyman Service and Repair Electrician

Responsibilities

- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of residential electrical systems and equipment. - Diagnose electrical issues accurately and provide effective solutions. - Conduct electrical safety inspections and identify opportunities to improve system performance and safety. - Present recommendations and pricing clearly using our Straightforward Pricing system. - Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every service call. - Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle. - Collaborate with dispatch and leadership to improve processes and support company growth. - Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, workmanship, and customer service.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of residential electrical experience. - Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. - Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. - High school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications
