Journeyman Plumber/Pipefitter

Full-time position in Warwick, RI. Residential and commercial plumbing & heating projects. Requires valid Rhode Island Journeyman Plumber or Pipefitter license.

You will play an integral role in driving the success of our residential and commercial plumbing projects across the region. Responsibilities

• Execute precise residential and commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and system maintenance according to code.
• Lead and mentor junior team members on-site to ensure top-quality craftsmanship and safety.
• Analyze technical blueprints and system schematics to execute accurate rough-in and finish plumbing work.
• Collaborate effectively with project managers and site supervisors to keep installations on schedule.
• Troubleshoot complex plumbing challenges efficiently to prevent project delays and ensure optimal system performance.
• Maintain detailed communication and project updates to uphold high standards of service and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Valid Journeyman Plumber/Pipefitter License in the state of Rhode Island.
• Strong leadership skills and a proven track record as a collaborative team player.
• Comprehensive knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing codes, systems, and material specs.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed construction blueprints, riser diagrams, and project specifications.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of hands-on plumbing experience in residential and commercial settings.
• Completion of a formal trade program or technical apprenticeship in plumbing.
• Demonstrated experience leading crews or directing apprentices on active jobsites.

Pay

• Weekly pay cycle with competitive hourly rates from $46 to $50 per hour.
• Sign-on, special project, and performance bonuses available.
