Journeyman Pipefitter

Job Responsibilities

• Plan piping systems layouts, assembly, and installation of a variety of metal and non-metal pipes, tubes and fittings, including iron, steel, cooper and plastic using hand and power tools and welding equipment.
• Inspect, examine and test installed systems and pipe lines, using pressure gauges, hydrostatic testing and observation.

Requirements

• Must have 5-10 years experience in assembly, installation and maintenance of pipe systems, pipe supports, plumbing methods and related equipment used in construction related trades.
• A Massachusetts Journeyman Process Pipe Fitter license or equivalent highly desired.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans and manuals.
• Willing and able to work at heights.
• Willing and able to travel up to 2 weeks at a time up to 180 days per year within the U.S.
• Valid Driver’s License and a Clean driving record.
• Must be commutable within 1 hour’s drive time to Leominster, MA.
