Pay
$95,000 to $140,000+ per year (uncapped), structured as:
- $35 to $50/hour base pay, set by license tenure and experience
- Commission on completed work, on top of base
- Performance bonuses and spiffs on completed jobs
We offer flexible pay structures: hourly + commission, higher base with lower commission, or straight commission. We’ll tailor the offer to fit your life.
Schedule
- Full-time W-2 employment, no seasonal layoffs
- Guaranteed 30+ hours per week
- Day shift, Monday to Friday
- Optional overtime

Requirements
- Current Wisconsin Journeyman Plumber license (required)
- 3+ years of experience in residential or commercial plumbing
- Valid driver’s license and clean background
- Strong customer-service orientation, teamwork, and craftsmanship
