We handle residential and light commercial service calls — no new construction or remodeling work. We’re built for fast response, clean and professional service, and supporting our technicians with 24/7 dispatch and team culture. This is a high-performance role with clear growth opportunities. Responsibilities: Diagnose and complete plumbing repairs and fixture installationCommunicate clearly with customers, dispatch, and team membersUse ServiceTitan software for scheduling, estimates, and invoicingKeep service vehicle and equipment clean and maintainedParticipate in on-call rotation for emergency service responseAttend weekly team training and Friday breakfast meetingsBe the teammate everyone wants to work with — dependable, positive, and proud of your work Requirements: Valid Journeyman Plumber license in the state of Louisiana.Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing.Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
