Journeyman HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities

Requirements
- Active Rhode Island Journeyman HVAC License (PJ2 and/or RJ2)
- 5+ years of hands-on residential HVAC experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Clean, insurable driving record
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Solid experience evaluating repair vs. replacement options
- Strong communication skills and interest in taking on leadership responsibilities
- Knowledge of basic sheet metal work and air balancing
- Universal EPA Certification
- Familiarity with leading brands (Trane, Carrier, Rheem, Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, Viessmann, Burnham, York, Goodman, Lennox, etc.)
Qualifications
Competitive pay starting at $35.00 - $45.00 per hour based on experience, plus performance bonuses

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (fair and manageable on-call rotation)
