Journeyman Electrician (performance bonuses + relocation assistance)

WHAT WE OFFER

• $30 – $40 per hour based on experience and skills.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• The ideal candidate is dependable, skilled, safety-minded, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Michigan licensed Journeyman Electrician required.
• Solid electrical experience required.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, tools, materials, and safe work practices.
• Ability to install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and test electrical systems.
• Understanding of electrical code compliance.
• Able to read and follow plans, specifications, and project instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• A responsible, honest, and professional approach to each job.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to be available for emergency call-outs if needed.
• Someone able to represent Olson Electric with honesty, integrity, and pride in workmanship.
