Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial electrical installations, service, and repairs
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues
• Install and upgrade electrical panels, services, circuits, outlets, and related equipment
• Complete electrical work for remodels and new construction
• Read plans, diagrams, and electrical specifications
• Ensure all work meets applicable electrical codes and safety standards
• Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and other trades
• Work independently while also collaborating with other electricians and project teams
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite

Qualifications

• Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician license preferred/required
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and NEC requirements
• Experience with residential and/or commercial electrical work
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems independently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Professional communication and customer-service skills
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities in the field
