Journeyman Electrician

About the role

Comfort Wave Home Services seeks experienced Electrical Service technicians to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical issues within customers' homes. The primary focus is on delivering top-quality service and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems accurately and efficiently
• Perform repairs consistent with and exceeding National Electrical Code standards
• Increase customer loyalty by maintaining a clean, organized job site and truck
• Establish rapport with customers to offer the right solutions and create a "go-to" company relationship
• Accurately estimate and invoice repairs and projects
• Document work completed with before and after photos
• Demonstrate safe working practices and methods

Requirements

• Journeyman License required
• At least 21 years old for driving-insurability requirements; 19+ with a clean record may be considered
• 2 years of residential electrical wiring, repair, and troubleshooting experience
• Working knowledge of installing electrical systems in new and existing settings
• Detail-oriented with good time management skills
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking is a plus
• Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver a minimum of 75 pounds without additional manpower or appropriate device
• Work in the outside elements safely, including heat, cold, ladders, and roofs (medium to high heights)
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance and keep a clean uniform and work shoes
