Responsibilities

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, electrical drawings, and one-line diagrams to understand the electrical needs of large commercial or mission-critical construction projects.
• Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems, ensuring they are functioning optimally and safely.
• Adhering to safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure working environment.
• Conducting electrical repairs as necessary, identifying issues promptly to prevent larger problems from developing.
• Working closely with the project team to ensure electrical installations align with project timelines and specifications.
• Keeping abreast of updates to electrical codes and implementing these changes into daily work practices.
• Providing expert advice and consulting services to clients, helping them understand their electrical needs and proposing effective solutions.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician, with a preference for those who have worked on large commercial, industrial, or data center projects.
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and one-line diagrams.
• Extensive experience with electrical systems installation and repair.
• In-depth knowledge of safety protocols and electrical codes.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to clients and team members.
• A valid Journeyman Electrician license.
• A commitment to maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
