Responsibilities
- Installs electrical components and systems complying with local, state, and national codes.
- Follows work layouts and sketches to ensure cost and time-effective approaches.
- Diagnoses and resolves electrical system issues promptly.
- Communicates with supervision about production roadblocks, including installation problems and employee performance.
- Establishes and monitors quality control procedures for installed electrical components and systems.
- Maintains good housekeeping in work areas and cleans up after use.
- Participates in safety training programs and follows company safety practices.
- Accurately records time worked using company-provided documents.
- Puts tools and materials in a secure location to prevent theft.
- Interacts professionally with supervisors, clients, and colleagues to enhance project efficiency.
- Engages in self-development activities and accepts new work assignments to identify growth areas.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years field experience.
- Licensed Journeyman Electrician.
- Demonstrated supervisory and leadership skills.
- Valid Indiana driver's license.
