About the role
EIG Electrical Systems, part of the DPR Family of Companies, seeks a motivated Journeyman Electrician to join our team in the Bay Area, CA. Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems while adhering to codes, standards, and specifications.
- Mastery of reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and drawings to bring projects to life.
- Identify and diagnose electrical issues to resolve problems promptly.
- Work safely and efficiently using the latest tools, materials, and equipment.
- Collaborate effectively with superintendents, project managers, engineers, and other tradespeople.
- Provide top-notch customer service to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Requirements
- 2+ years of construction industry experience as an electrician.
- Willingness to travel (preferred).
- Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- OSHA 30 certification and state license preferred but not required.
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- A desire to learn and embrace new skills and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
To qualify, you should possess 2+ years of construction industry experience as an electrician. We value individuals who are passionate about their work and bring a can-do spirit to the team.
