Journeyman Electrician

About the role

Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in various settings including residential, commercial, and industrial environments. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems
• Perform inspections and tests on electrical equipment
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes
• Communicate effectively with clients and other tradespeople
• Follow safety protocols and procedures

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of electrical theory and practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Strong problem-solving skills

• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects
