About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of electrical tasks including but not limited to:
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment
- Perform inspections and tests on electrical systems to ensure compliance with codes and standards
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine proper installation procedures
- Work with other tradespeople to coordinate work schedules and ensure safety
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations
Requirements
- Valid Minnesota Electrical License
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in electrical construction
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with residential and commercial electrical systems
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
Skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
