Responsibilities
- Drive a growth-motivated and safety-first culture.
- Direct electrical construction work for assigned projects.
- Ensure professional resolution of escalated field-related issues and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Field Leadership to maintain project flow and schedule.
- Enforce all NEC local codes and stay up to date on industry changes.
- Moves to the top Interprets drawings, sketches, software, plans and determines best work procedures, tools, equipment needed to troubleshoot and repair problems.
- Measures, cuts, bends, threads, assembles and installs electrical conduit; weld supports; install cable and duct banks; make terminations.
- Installs control and distribution apparatus’ and fastens in place.
- Tests and starts up systems and continuity of circuit to ensure electrical compatibility and safety of components by testing and starting up systems and.
- Observes functioning of installed equipment or system to determine hazards and need for adjustments, relocation, or replacement.
- Moved to the top Operates electrical and mechanical hand tools, power, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical tools.
- Moved to the top Disassembles and repairs defective electrical equipment or systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of working knowledge of electrical construction experience.
- Proficient knowledge and compliance with all NEC and OSHA safety standards.
- Possess strong expertise in all aspects of trade-related materials, components, equipment, systems, methods of installation, safety procedures, safe work practices, trade-related calculations, blueprint and drawing interpretation, and troubleshooting.
- Able to lift 50 pounds, unassisted, frequently throughout the day.
- Able to work from various heights via ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks and other safe work platforms and area.
- Able to work a 40-hour work week, with overtime and off-hour shifts as required.
- Able to work in extreme weather conditions and elements, indoor or outdoor, including heat, cold, rain, mud, dust, and snow depending on the job location.
- OSHA-10 Certification card preferred.

Pay
