About the role

Calvin Electric is growing and seeks Journeyman Electricians for local commercial, industrial, and institutional electrical projects. The company also offers residential services.

Responsibilities

• Install wiring devices
• Install light fixtures
• Install PVC, EMT, and Rigid Conduit
• Work with blueprints and follow directions
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers
• Provide excellent customer service

Requirements

• Trade or Apprenticeship Certificate with OJT hours complete
• OSHA 10 Certificate (preferred)
• Demonstrate proficiency in electrical tools
• Must be able to perform physical tasks such as twisting, bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, pulling, or standing
• Pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
• Hold a current valid driver's license

Qualifications

• Understand National Electric Code NFPA70
• Strong communication skills

• Proficiency in wiring devices
