Journeyman Building Technician - OR

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair equipment inside of the C-store and any issues in the building
• Perform electrical, plumbing, painting, locksmithing, drywall work to maintain the condition of the C-store
• Receive work orders from the Fuel Dispatchers on Ecotrack Facilities Management platform and complete required maintenance in a timely manner
• Perform roof work, repairs
• Ashphalt repairs at the parking lot
• Expect to travel from site to site; inspect facilities, buildings, and grounds for routine maintenance; prioritize repairs
• Ensure facilities and buildings are in compliance with ADA and other federal guidelines and safety regulations

Requirements

• Building technician experience
• HS Diploma or Equivalent
• Completion of apprenticeship programs
• Preferred: Valid driver’s license – Commercial driver’s license

• Ability to work at varying heights, including on ladders, lifts, or rooftops.
• Visual acuity and manual dexterity are essential for troubleshooting, repairs, and use of hand/power tools.
• Exposure to varying indoor and outdoor environments including heat, cold, noise, dust, fumes, and potential hazards related to maintenance and construction work.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn as required by company safety policy.
• Work hours may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations based on operational needs.
