Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair equipment inside of the C-store and any issues in the building
- Perform electrical, plumbing, painting, locksmithing, drywall work to maintain the condition of the C-store
- Receive work orders from the Fuel Dispatchers on Ecotrack Facilities Management platform and complete required maintenance in a timely manner
- Perform roof work, repairs
- Ashphalt repairs at the parking lot
- Expect to travel from site to site; inspect facilities, buildings, and grounds for routine maintenance; prioritize repairs
- Ensure facilities and buildings are in compliance with ADA and other federal guidelines and safety regulations
Requirements
- Building technician experience
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- Completion of apprenticeship programs
- Preferred: Valid driver’s license – Commercial driver’s license

Physical Demands and Work Environment

- Frequent reaching overhead and working in tight or confined spaces is required.
- Ability to work at varying heights, including on ladders, lifts, or rooftops.
- Visual acuity and manual dexterity are essential for troubleshooting, repairs, and use of hand/power tools.
- Exposure to varying indoor and outdoor environments including heat, cold, noise, dust, fumes, and potential hazards related to maintenance and construction work.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn as required by company safety policy.
- Work hours may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations based on operational needs.
