Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Identify equipment issues and implement effective repairs
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance
- Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
- Follow company safety procedures and applicable OSHA standards
- Work with maintenance, production, and operations teams to minimize equipment downtime
- Assist with equipment installation, upgrades, and repairs as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant technical or journeyman experience
- Valid and current trade certifications or licenses
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with preventive maintenance and equipment repair
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
