Responsibilities

• Paint
• Shampoo carpet
• Strip and wax floors in common areas
• Clean and change lights as needed
• Repair and replace items
• Assist with room moves
• Assist with fire drills
• Lawn work
• Small remodeling jobs
• Light electrical work
• General facility support

Requirements

• Dependable, productive, hands-on technician

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Certificates, licenses, registrations
• Driver’s License
