  • Proven experience in plaintiff-side employment law, with a track record of successful case outcomes.
  • Strong litigation skills, including trial experience where applicable.
  • Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
