Under the direction and supervision of the Program Director, the Program Coordinator is primarily responsible for the supervision of the designated program area. May assist in the supervision of employees and/or volunteers, including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating.

- Maintain and improve the quality, involvement, and retention of participants
- Stay aware of current trends in the field
