About the role
Joobs is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Employer Branding to lead the company’s strategic initiatives in enhancing employer brand awareness and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive employer branding strategies to increase employer brand visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on employer branding initiatives and objectives.
- Oversee the creation and execution of employer branding campaigns across various channels including social media, video content, and PR.
- Manage and maintain employer brand reputation through consistent messaging and storytelling.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of employer branding activities using analytics tools.
- Build and manage relationships with key influencers and partners to enhance employer brand perception.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in employer branding and communications, preferably in tech or startup environments.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with employer branding platforms and tools.
