About the role

Joobs is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Employer Branding to lead the company’s strategic initiatives in enhancing employer brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive employer branding strategies to increase employer brand visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on employer branding initiatives and objectives.
• Oversee the creation and execution of employer branding campaigns across various channels including social media, video content, and PR.
• Manage and maintain employer brand reputation through consistent messaging and storytelling.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of employer branding activities using analytics tools.
• Build and manage relationships with key influencers and partners to enhance employer brand perception.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in employer branding and communications, preferably in tech or startup environments.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with employer branding platforms and tools.
