Joint Targeting Analyst

As a targeting analyst, you will use your specialized technical experience to support cyberspace operations and intelligence collection to enable the success of mission owners.
As a Targeting Analyst on our team, you’ll help your client understand their operational landscape within the Joint Targeting Cycle. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, develop effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources. This will provide an opportunity to grow your expertise, develop new skills and tradecraft, use and share your methodologies and tool experience with other analysts, and most importantly, be a part of a team conducting offensive cyberspace operations that are crucial to national security.
Responsibilities
As a Targeting Analyst, you will support cyberspace operations and intelligence collection to enable the success of mission owners. You will help your client understand their operational landscape within the Joint Targeting Cycle, explore new data sources, develop effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources.
Requirements
- Experience with targeting fundamentals, including BTD, ITD, and ATD, and the Joint Targeting Process
- Experience with Joint Publication 3-60, ICD 203, and ICD 206
- Experience with Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) and Joint Targeting Toolbox
- Knowledge of all-source intelligence, including SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, and HUMINT
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Associate’s degree and 4+ years of experience with Joint Targeting, or 6+ years of experience with Joint Targeting in lieu of a degree

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
