About the role

Join us in creating technical synergies that modernize and enhance the Department of Defense (DoD). As an integration engineer, you'll design, develop, and implement solutions across functions or between organizations, impacting clients through synchronized systems.

Responsibilities

  • Support DoD, Intelligence Community (IC), Special Operations Command (SOCOM), or Federal intelligence operations
  • Conduct all-source intelligence analysis, target development, threat analysis, and operational support
  • Develop concise, decision-quality intelligence products for senior leadership, operational commanders, or government stakeholders
  • Build scenarios and shape training for customers in virtual environments using MACE, VRSG, or similar applications
  • Understand and apply intelligence cycle principles, collections management, and reporting standards
  • Work with system capabilities and limitations to ensure training scenarios remain realistic
  • Utilize intelligence databases, analytic platforms, and reporting tools like DCGS, Palantir, TAC, CIDNE, or Analysts Notebook

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting DoD, IC, SOCOM, or Federal intelligence operations
  • Experience with producing concise, decision-quality intelligence products for senior leadership, operational commanders, or government stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the intelligence cycle, collections management, and intelligence reporting standards
  • Experience with distributed and Live, Virtual, and Constructive missions across the DoD and multi-national enterprises
  • Experience with supporting USSOCOM, CENTCOM, INDOPACOM, or national-level intelligence agencies
  • Experience with CAS doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • TS/SCI clearance required

  • Experience with intelligence databases, analytic platforms, and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of system capabilities and limitations

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).

Schedule

Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen's benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
