Joint Fires Simulation Operator
About the Role
Are you looking for an opportunity to create technical synergy that will modernize and create efficiency in the Department of Defense (DoD)? As an integration engineer, you’ll design, develop, and implement solutions across functions or between organizations that directly impact the client. You will assist in building scenarios and shape training for customers in a virtual environment, deriving information from complex military operations and applying data to Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) scenarios to understand system capabilities and limitations. This role ensures integration across the organization and offers opportunities to learn new tools and skills while collaborating as a team.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, integrate, and execute kinetic strike operations within joint and multi-domain operational environments.
- Support Special Operations through scenario development and training in a virtual environment.
- Utilize tools such as MACE, VRSG, or GRNTS to build and execute simulated combat operations.
- Apply knowledge of Kinetic Strike and Close Air Support tactics, techniques, and procedures to mission profiles.
- Provide performance feedback to exercise participants.
Requirements
- Experience in kinetic strike operations, including planning, coordination, integration, and execution.
- Experience supporting Special Operations.
- Familiarity with MACE, VRSG, or GRNTS.
- Knowledge of Kinetic Strike and Close Air Support tactics, techniques, and procedures.
- Ability to plan and execute various mission profiles to support simulated combat operations.
- Active TS/SCI clearance (or ability to obtain one).
- HS diploma or GED.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of air-to-surface weapons inventory and specific capabilities.

Pay
Salary is determined by location, education, skills, experience, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
Schedule
This role may be remote, hybrid, or onsite. If remote, occasional in-person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility may be required. If hybrid, frequent work from a Booz Allen facility is expected, with potential visits to customer sites. If onsite, work will primarily be performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility.
