About the Role

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centered care tailored to individual resident needs (applicable roles: nursing, assisted living, memory care, rehabilitation)
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including mobility, personal hygiene, and medication management
• Plan, coordinate, and lead engaging activities, events, and programs that promote socialization, wellness, and lifelong learning
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for residents
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, holistic care and support
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, fostering a sense of community and belonging
• Adhere to all regulatory standards, community policies, and best practices in senior care

Requirements

• Relevant certification, licensure, or training for the specific role (e.g., CNA, LVN, RN, activity director, dietary, housekeeping, maintenance)
• Prior experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine passion for enhancing the lives of older adults
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
