About the role
Join the Via Elegante Assisted Living team as a dedicated caregiver. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily personal care services including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with medication management and dietary needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in resident rooms and common areas
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance caregiving skills
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other staff members
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience in a caregiving or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Pass a background check and criminal history review
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to handle challenging situations
- Physical stamina and flexibility to perform physical tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Basic computer literacy
- First aid and CPR certification (preferred)
