About the role

Join LATCO, a leader in building high-quality wood trusses and wall panels since 1984. As a Production Team Member, you’ll help build the “bones” of houses and commercial buildings. No experience is required—we provide on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Build wood trusses and wall panels using hand tools and machinery.
• Handle and move lumber and supplies to keep the production line moving.
• Work alongside your crew to meet daily goals and get orders out on time.
• Maintain a clean workspace and follow safety rules to protect everyone.
