Responsibilities

• Handle premium exterior care including window cleaning (up to 60ft), gutter clearing, and pressure washing.
• During Q4, design and install dazzling holiday lighting displays for meticulous properties in Northern Virginia.
• Execute our "Squad Execution" process with micro-detail precision.
• Operate advanced tech like telescopic poles and purified water systems—no more risky ladder climbing all day.
• Live our "Old School" Professionalism: show up on time, in uniform, with a firm handshake.
• Manage your day via our seamless digital backend (ServiceMinder).

Requirements

• The "A-Team" Spirit: You have a growth mindset and look for ways to make the Squad more efficient.
• Reliability: You treat company equipment like you own it and never miss an appointment.
• Physical Agility: Comfortable working outdoors and at heights (we use 40ft poles, but some ladder work is required).
• Driver's License: A valid license and clean driving record are required.
