Responsibilities
- Install pre‑bulbed, pre‑clipped, pre‑plugged holiday light strands on rooflines, trees, and landscaping after prepping everything on the ground or shop bench.
- Work from a tool‑belt setup (plugs, clips, snips, box cutters, zip ties) to keep jobs fast and clean.
- Climb and work safely at heights up to 40 feet on ladders.
- Handle window cleaning (up to 60 feet using telescopic pole and purified water systems), gutter clearing, and pressure washing during the off‑season.
- Run every job through ServiceMinder on a smartphone – schedule, details, photos, all in one place.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable working on ladders and outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work well in a 3‑person crew.
- Smartphone (iOS or Android) for job management.
- Ability to pass a drug screen.
- Willingness to wear the branded uniform.
Pay
$18‑$24 per hour, performance‑based, with a clear path to Lead Technician or Management.
