Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of student housing communities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and community safety
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals
- Oversee maintenance and repairs to ensure the upkeep of facilities
- Engage with residents to address concerns and improve their living experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management or related field
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of student housing industry best practices
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, real estate, or hospitality)
- Minimum of 5 years of property management experience
- Experience working with college/university partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
