Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that enhance patient access and healthcare policy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and generate insights that inform decision-making processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to foster a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in a relevant field such as public policy, health economics, data science, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in market access, reimbursement strategy, policy analysis, data science, real-world evidence, or value economics.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
