About the role

The Department of Radiology at NYU Langone Health is seeking a dedicated Breast Imager to work at our academic hub in Manhattan. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a collegial team of outstanding breast imaging experts working on state-of-the-art systems side by side with our excellent trainees.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality breast imaging examinations using digital tomosynthesis, ultrasound, breast MRI, and other modalities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including surgeons, oncologists, and other specialists, to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and educational activities to stay current with the latest advancements in breast imaging.
• Contribute to research initiatives and clinical trials related to breast imaging and breast cancer care.

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. degree.
• Board certification in radiology.
• Qualify to practice under MQSA.

Pay

Salary ranges between $400,000 - $550,000 and is commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Schedule

We support flexible hybrid schedules with part-time work from home on dedicated workstations supported by our excellent IT team.
