About the role
- Bowling & JB's Axe and Tap House is seeking Assistant Managers (21+), Bartenders (21+), and Servers (18+).
Responsibilities
- Help manage the smooth operation of the venue.
- Engage with customers to ensure a positive dining and drinking experience.
- Assist in creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply for Server positions.
- Must be at least 21 years old to apply for Assistant Manager and Bartender positions.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
Skills
- Customer service orientation.
- Basic knowledge of bar operations (for Bartenders).
- Knowledge of bowling and axe throwing games (for Assistant Managers).
