Job Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and creating a positive first impression.
• Listening attentively to customers' concerns and vehicle issues.
• Recording customer information and vehicle details accurately.
• Collaborating with our skilled technicians to diagnose and recommend appropriate services or repairs.
• Providing customers with clear explanations of recommended services and associated costs.
• Aiding customers in scheduling appointments and ensuring their service needs are met efficiently.
• Keeping customers informed about the status of their vehicles throughout the service process.
• Addressing any questions or concerns that customers may have.
• Maintaining a clean, professional environment in the service area.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-oriented demeanor with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• A passion for automobiles and a desire to learn about automotive systems.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and communication purposes.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a can-do attitude.
• The ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Previous customer service experience (preferred but not required).
