What You’ll Do

• Hunt for Hidden Gems — Walk into a home, estate, or warehouse and bring order to the chaos — identifying, organizing, and preparing items for auction.
• Tell Each Item’s Story — Research items, write clear and accurate descriptions, and make sure every listing is auction-ready.
• Capture It on Camera — Take high-quality photos that show each item at its best — good lighting, right angles, honest detail.
• Work on the Move — Travel to project sites across the area for on-site cataloging, prep visits, and pickup days.
• Represent WAG Well — Engage with clients directly and professionally — many are going through significant life moments. How you show up matters.
• Pitch In Where Needed — Help with auction loadouts and anything else the team needs to keep things running smoothly.

Who You Are

• Curious and detail-oriented — you notice things others walk right past
• Reliable and self-directed — you figure out what needs to be done and do it
• A people person — warm, professional, and easy to work with
• Comfortable on your feet in all kinds of environments — attics, warehouses, you name it
• Tech-comfortable — confident with a smartphone, willing to learn our catalog app
• A team player who can also hold it down solo when the project calls for it

Bonus Points

• If You… Have experience with antiques, collectibles, estate sales, or auctions
• Know your way around a camera or have an eye for product photography
• Have relationships in the community that might connect people with our services
• Bought or sold on eBay, Facebook Marketplace, or similar platforms
