Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in retail, spa, hospitality, or service-oriented environments (luxury preferred)
• Sales-obsessed with experience upselling or cross-selling products and/or services
• Ability to adhere to operational processes linked to scheduling, performance, and guest experience
• Proficient in navigating different POS systems, software, and technologies (Zenoti preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Open availability preferred with a strong emphasis on flexible scheduling
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs depending on the role
